The Robocop 2D is an independently created video game by Park Production. It mainly revolves around the events of the first movie Robocop 2D. This used to employ sound bites, music, video clips and exquisitely designed gameplay that remembers back the decade old arcade game of 1980s with same name Robocop.

The match moves through several levels of Detroit from the roadside streets to the OCP boardroom located at the side scrolling shooter. The game is completely based on the actual Amstrad CPC and this remake of the old arcade game comes with stunning graphics. The situation is that the police has become powerless to help ordinary people, and thus crime has started increasing day by day. The Omni Consumer Products (OCP) a big corporation that used to fund the city police then decides that they will try every bit to reduce this ever increasing crimes in the city.

For this reason, they choose one able and daring Officer's name Alex Murphy and thus Robocop is born as a law protector cyborg. Its major objective will be to reduce the crime rates in the city and maintain law and order.
